Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel prior to 24 hours before the tour without penalty. The customer may then reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are considered no-shows and are not refundable.

This Tour Operator may run the tour in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the Tour Operator cancels the event, the Client will be allowed to reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a refund.
